Step 1: Applications
Vendors will need to fill out the form and submit insurance information and a certificate of flame resistance for all tents. To assist with space assignment, it would be helpful for vendors to submit a picture of their full set up but not required. Space is limited so check back often for updates on when vendor registration will open.
Step 2: Payments
After your application has been approved, we will send you a link to pay for your deposit. 50% is due at time of application, 50% at the event.

Set up begins Wednesday, November 21 at midnight. All vendors must set up on Thursday, November 21 by 5 p.m.

All vendors must be open Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any hours outside of this are optional.
